The Women’s Only Kickboxing program at The Combat Clinic in Burlington, ON is designed to empower women through high-energy training that blends fitness, self-defense, and striking skills. In each class, you’ll work on fundamentals like stance, footwork, punching, and kicking while incorporating pad work, bag drills, and conditioning circuits.
