Scott Hudson
Head Coach & Gym Owner
Scott Hudson is a professional mixed martial artist and coach with over a decade of experience competing and training around the world, including the U.S., Thailand, China, Trinidad, and across Canada. With a professional MMA record of 14-4-1, he has tested himself in multiple combat sports such as boxing, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, submission grappling, and professional Muay Thai. A two-time professional MMA champion and former amateur champion, Scott is also a W.A.K.O. certified kickboxing coach and certified personal trainer with more than eight years of coaching experience. His coaching philosophy is simple: “My goal with any student, beginner or professional, is that they build a strong fundamental base and have as much fun training as I do.” Outside of the gym, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, gardening, and exploring his love of coffee.

Bobby Poulter
MMA Coach
Bobby Poulter is a professional mixed martial artist and dedicated coach with a lifelong background in athletics. Alongside his career in MMA, he is an experienced strength coach and personal trainer with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. Bobby has competed across a wide range of combat sports, including wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, submission grappling, amateur kickboxing, and amateur MMA, before building an impressive professional MMA record of 8–2. His achievements include capturing an amateur MMA championship, going undefeated in both MMA and kickboxing as an amateur, and earning his blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In addition to being a certified strength coach and personal trainer, he also holds First Aid and CPR certification. With aspirations of competing in the UFC, Bobby continues to push himself as an athlete while sharing his knowledge and experience with the athletes he coaches at The Combat Clinic.

Angus Guerin-Schell
Boxing & MMA Coach
Originally from Oakville, Angus has spent the past five years dedicated to boxing and the last two expanding into MMA, gaining amateur experience along the way. He recently graduated from Humber College’s Police Foundations program and is pursuing a career in law enforcement, carrying the same discipline and focus he’s developed through combat sports. Outside the gym, Angus enjoys fishing, chess, and rock climbing. At The Combat Clinic, he brings both technical skill and a passion for coaching, helping members grow stronger, more confident, and resilient through training.


Declan Ingram Walsh
Boxing Coach & Gym Operations Coordinator
Born and raised in Burlington, Declan first discovered boxing after walking into a gym and was instantly hooked. After getting bored with traditional weightlifting and calisthenics, he found the challenge and discipline of boxing to be exactly what he was looking for. Over the past three years, he has committed himself to training and developing as both an athlete and a coach, while also studying Commerce at McMaster University. Outside the gym, Declan enjoys hunting, fishing, sporting clays, camping, working on vintage cars, and traveling the world. At The Combat Clinic, he shares his passion for the sport and helps others build confidence, fitness, and skill through boxing.
Nadine Zahabi
Women’s Kickboxing Coach
Born in Quebec and raised partly in Ghana, Nadine returned to Canada in her teens where she began exploring her interest in martial arts. After completing degrees in French, Psychology, and Education at McMaster University, she reignited her passion for fitness through Muay Thai. Along the way, she became a certified personal trainer, trained in Thailand, and proudly represented The Combat Clinic in competition. Today, she shares her love of Muay Thai with the women she coaches, aiming to help them feel strong, confident, and empowered—both in and out of the gym


Connor Daly
Muay Thai Coach
Connor began training in Muay Thai and kickboxing over five years ago, drawn to the discipline, challenge, and sense of community that martial arts offers. With amateur competition experience and a passion for technical, science-based coaching, he focuses on helping students build real skill and confidence—whether they’re training for the ring or simply for fun.
Outside the gym, Connor works as an HR Specialist, and enjoys spending his time outdoors, discovering new food spots, and watching hockey.
Wilson Le
BJJ Coach & Gym Manager
Born and raised in Mississauga, Wilson has been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over three years and has tested his skills in competition along the way. He is currently studying Kinesiology at Sheridan College with the goal of becoming a teacher, blending his love of learning with his passion for martial arts. Outside the gym, Wilson enjoys professional wrestling, reading, and playing volleyball. At The Combat Clinic, he brings both technical skill and a thoughtful, supportive approach to coaching, helping members grow in confidence and ability through BJJ.


Rikki Beitz
MMA & Women's Kickboxing Coach
Rikki is a lifelong martial artist who began training at the age of five and has since built over 15 years of experience competing and coaching. She holds a fourth-degree black belt in Taekwondo, has trained in Mixed Martial Arts for the past eight years, and has competed in kickboxing before making her MMA debut in 2025. Outside of martial arts, Rikki has built a career in mental health and addiction crisis support and is a proud advocate within the 2SLGBTQ+ community. In her free time, she enjoys video games, comic books, and live music.
Rikki’s interests outside of training include:
