  • Do you have a kids program?

Yes! We offer a kids program for ages 6–12. Once they turn 13, our adult programming is a better fit. Membership pricing is the same across all ages, and you can view our full schedule on the homepage.

Kids classes include Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). For their trial class, we have equipment available to borrow. After that, children will need their own gear, which can be purchased at our gym or from any retailer of your choice.

  • How can I purchase a membership?

After attending your first free trial class, the front desk staff will assist you in choosing the most suitable membership option that fits your needs and schedule. If you have any further questions about the process feel free to call us at (905) 808-9412 or email us at info@combatclinicmma.com

  • Do I need equipment?

YES, you do but if you are just trying a class we have loaner equipment that you can borrow. Beyond your first session, we ask that you purchase your own equipment for classes or private sessions.

  • What equipment do I need?

For Boxing, we recommend 12–16 oz gloves. For Muay Thai, shin guards are also required.

For all programs, a cup and mouthguard are recommended but not mandatory. Boxing or wrestling shoes may be worn on the mats, though they aren’t required.

Participants can wear any comfortable workout attire. We also carry a selection of high-quality training gear available for purchase both online and in our gym.

  • Do I need experience to join?

Absolutely not! Most of our members are beginners and we love teaching the basics.,

  • Do I have to spar?

Absolutely not! Sparring is available for all students who show the ability to execute techniques and have a satisfactory level of defensive acuity. But we will never force, or even ask a student to spar who either is not ready or does not wish to.

  • Are you a cardio boxing/kickboxing club like 9 rounds?

We are a legitimate mixed martial arts gym with a competition team that holds an impressive record across multiple combat sports. Whether your goal is to train for fitness, mental health, or to compete at a high level, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
